Python Engineer

Location: Warsaw, hybrid

What you will do

• Develop and maintain components powering managed PaaS services, including DBaaS, RaaS and MLOps.
• Design solutions for multi-tenant environments and large-scale systems.
• Build REST APIs, prototypes, proofs of concept and new service components.
• Make technical decisions focused on security, scalability, reliability and maintainability.
• Improve code quality through reviews, automated testing, refactoring and documentation.
• Investigate complex issues across PaaS services, shared services and cloud infrastructure while collaborating with other engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask or Django.
• Experience designing REST APIs, including CRUD operations, error handling, validation and versioning.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis, including data modelling and migrations.
• Enough Kubernetes experience to deploy, configure and troubleshoot services independently.
• Confidence using AI development tools such as Claude Code or Copilot in daily engineering work.

Nice to have

• Go, Linux and cloud environment experience.
• Experience with distributed, multi-tenant or large-scale systems.
• Docker, CI/CD and observability experience, including structured logging, metrics and distributed tracing.
• Full-stack engineering experience.
