Senior Product Manager (Experimentation)

What you will do

• Define and own the experimentation vision, strategy, and improvement roadmap.
• Set standards for experiment design, measurement, governance, and trusted decision-making.
• Own the Optimizely platform strategy, capability, health, vendor relationship, support, and incident management.
• Build measurement foundations covering statistical methodology, data, analytics integration, and result reliability.
• Lead the weekly review cycle and report experimentation outcomes to business stakeholders.
• Develop organisational capability through the Experimentation Forum, Champion network, training, and direct support for Product Managers.

Requirements

• Senior-level product management experience with ownership of complex experimentation capabilities or programmes.
• Ability to challenge metric definitions and assess statistical approaches, including Bayesian methods.
• Experience with experimentation platforms, measurement frameworks, data, and analytics integration.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Trade, and Data.
• Ability to apply quasi-experimental methods such as difference-in-differences, synthetic controls, and matched market tests.
