Product Manager (Growth)

Location: Remote in Ukraine, including Kyiv; the remote-first policy also allows working anywhere in the world or from corporate hubs.

What you will do

• Own product features and registration or onboarding funnels from ideation through execution.
• Generate, prioritize, run, and evaluate A/B tests to improve conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Use Amplitude and product analytics to define metrics, develop hypotheses, and coordinate dashboard improvements with data analysts.
• Conduct market and user research to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Creative, User Acquisition, Performance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Drive product discussions and continuous improvements across the product ecosystem.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Performance Marketing for fast-paced digital products.
• Hands-on experience with Amplitude or similar analytics tools and a strong understanding of unit economics and core product metrics.
• Proven experience designing, running, and evaluating A/B experiments.
• High ownership, proactive problem-solving, structured communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Fast adoption of new workflows, AI tools, and automation.
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with GrowthBook or similar experimentation platforms.
• Entrepreneurial experience or a background in fast-scaling technology companies.
