What you will do

• Own a product area, including discovery, definition, delivery, and the KPIs used to measure outcomes.
• Identify opportunities through data, customer research, commercial discussions, and market analysis.
• Translate goals into clear problems, requirements, prototypes, and success measures for Engineering and Design.
• Use analytics, experiments, A/B tests, and customer feedback to guide product decisions and evaluate results.
• Build AI-powered personalization into recommendations, content, and customer journeys where it improves the fan experience.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Customer Service, and Operations while mentoring other product managers.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of product management experience, ideally in streaming, consumer technology, media, or e-commerce at scale.
• Experience owning a product area and its outcomes rather than only delivering features.
• Ability to discover and shape opportunities independently.
• Comfort with analytics, A/B testing, and customer research.
• Current day-to-day use of AI tools for prototyping, analysis, writing, and testing ideas, with examples to demonstrate.
• Strong prioritization, structured thinking, customer focus, commercial judgment, and relationship-building skills.
