Product Manager (Application Intelligence)

What you will do

• Own Application Intelligence across App Discovery, HEART Analytics, and Portfolio Overview.
• Define credible metrics, scoring methodologies, and measurement frameworks that remain reliable when data is incomplete.
• Connect usage data to business outcomes such as cost savings, efficiency, and compliance risk.
• Design executive analytics that explain what happened and what action leaders should take.
• Define an integration strategy for behavioural, software cost, licensing, and employee data from enterprise systems.
• Extend analytics to measure the productivity, cost, and ROI impact of AI assistants and agents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with data or analytics products in a modern product organisation.
• Experience defining metrics methodologies, scoring systems, or measurement frameworks.
• Ability to reason about data limitations, calculation trade-offs, and actionable insights.
• Experience working in enterprise B2B product environments.
• Ability to collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, engineers, sales, support, and executive stakeholders.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
