Senior Product Manager (AI)

Salary: €79,000–€131,500 base pay if performed in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the strategy for machine and AI access to hirify.global’s scientific content.
• Translate strategy into a product roadmap and lead delivery with engineering from discovery through launch.
• Select and develop delivery mechanisms such as APIs and agent connectors for different use cases.
• Lead customer discovery and controlled pilots for machine-to-machine use cases and value exchange.
• Shape entitlement models, access tiers, identity, metering, versioning, and revocation capabilities with legal, commercial, product, and technology teams.
• Assess the competitive landscape and improve measurement of machine usage and customer value.

Requirements

• Proven digital product management experience, including complex trade-offs and roadmap prioritization.
• Experience using data and experiments to guide product decisions.
• Experience owning and successfully shipping API, data, or developer-facing products with engineering teams.
• Ability to work with architects and engineers on data formats, content structures, and delivery mechanisms.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder alignment skills without direct authority.
• Familiarity with AI content consumption patterns such as retrieval-augmented generation, agents, or text and data mining is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with licensing, entitlement, packaging, or pricing models.
• Research or scientific background, or understanding of scientists’, researchers’, or students’ needs.
