Restaurant Manager - Sinatra

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, USA; onsite role with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and various shifts.

What you will do

• Manage daily restaurant operations to support efficiency, profitability, and exceptional guest service.
• Ensure compliance with health department standards, food safety regulations, and Wynn service standards.
• Oversee inventory, cost control, menu updates, and financial targets in collaboration with kitchen staff.
• Lead food and beverage personnel through hiring, scheduling, work assignments, performance reviews, training, and engagement.
• Resolve guest concerns, conduct pre-shift meetings, and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations and human resources responsibilities, including understanding the collective bargaining agreement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food and beverage.
• At least two years of management experience, preferably in a high-volume luxury resort setting.
• Fluent, professional English communication, reading, and writing skills required.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required licenses or active work cards.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old and able to work onsite in Las Vegas.

• Ability to speak a second language.
