American Girl Restaurant Lead (Full-Time/Benefitted)

What you will do

• Support restaurant leadership with staffing, hiring, coaching, training, purchasing, vendor relations, and inventory management.
• Maintain food and beverage quality, service standards, safety, and sanitation.
• Help achieve department revenue and expense goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle special requests, dietary needs, customer service issues, and operational duties when leadership is unavailable.
• Coordinate events and programs with restaurant and store management teams.
• Maintain and troubleshoot kitchen equipment, reservation, POS, paging, inventory, and restaurant software systems.

Requirements

• Restaurant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, preferably across front- and back-of-house operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to walk and stand constantly and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Working knowledge of restaurant, reservation, POS, inventory, and office software systems is preferred.
• Experience working with children and current sanitation, ServSafe, and safe alcohol consumption certifications are preferred.
