Kitchen Manager, DashMart

Location: Roseville, Michigan, United States; onsite kitchen and fulfillment operations

Salary: $56,200–$82,700 USD annual base salary

hirify.global operates a delivery platform and is expanding DashMart, including in-house delivery-only kitchens that provide prepared foods and restaurant staples.

What you will do

• Lead daily operations for a hirify.global-owned kitchen located within a DashMart fulfillment center.
• Hire, coach, schedule, and develop Kitchen Associates and Shift Leads.
• Ensure recipe accuracy, food safety, cleanliness, inventory control, order accuracy, and storefront availability.
• Manage staffing, par levels, kitchen performance, and execution across multiple food concepts.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify root causes, and implement operational improvements.
• Coordinate with the Site Manager and cross-functional teams while flexing between kitchen and fulfillment operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a medium- or high-volume fast-casual or full-service restaurant environment.
• 1+ years of experience leading teams, including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• ServeSafe Manager certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ employees in a hands-on environment.
• Analytical and data-driven approach, with working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Availability for regularly scheduled late-night and weekend hours, with onsite work in Roseville, Michigan.

Nice to have

• Experience with inventory management systems, product flow, and fulfillment best practices.
• Experience in fast-changing, startup-style operating environments.
