Director, Supply Chain Transportation Technology (SAP TM)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; travel required 0–25%; relocation is not provided.

Salary: $171,000–$198,000 annually, plus a 30% annual incentive reference value.

What you will do

• Own the transportation technology product direction, global template, solution standards, and scalability roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and lead design, development, testing, and quality assurance.
• Drive continuous improvement across transportation processes, applications, SAP capabilities, upgrades, and emerging technology adoption.
• Lead a three-year roadmap, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery from requirements through implementation.
• Coordinate business, Logistics Digital, super-user, developer, and production support teams across CPS and NAOU.
• Support issue resolution, user enablement, knowledge transfer, SAP process training, and business continuity.

Requirements

• Expertise in supply chain operations, Transportation Management, transportation integrations, planning, execution, master data, and freight settlement.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM design, configuration, development, and implementation, including Optimizer, Planning Profiles, Packing Builder, LBN, Freight Settlement, Track & Trace, Event Management, and EWM integration.
• Experience in business process re-engineering and standardization across entities.
• Advanced program management, negotiation, communication, collaboration, influence, and consensus-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, transportation management, or information technology; 5–7 years of IT supply chain, transportation systems implementation, and project management experience; SAP TM certification.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. Fluent English is required.
