Director, SC Systems (MedTech)

Location: Raynham, Massachusetts, United States of America; up to 15–20% domestic and international travel.

Base pay: $150,000–$258,750 per year.

What you will do

• Lead Finance and Tax global template design across the supply chain ERP landscape.
• Manage process-design interdependencies and establish deployment methodologies, playbooks, tools, and controls.
• Own Finance deployment activities including testing, business adoption, training, data migration, and hypercare.
• Act as business owner for the Supply Chain Finance systems ecosystem and define the Day 1 and Day 2 roadmap.
• Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, compliance, and continuous improvement through effective system controls.
• Manage and develop managers and senior professionals, including performance management and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Typically 10–12 years of progressive experience in finance, tax, supply chain systems, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale system transformations and strong knowledge of supply chain finance processes.
• Ability to lead and influence in a matrixed, global organization and manage senior professionals.
• English required.
• Strategic thinking, analytical, communication, leadership, and talent-development skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, MS, CPA, PMP, or systems-related certification.
• Experience in medical devices, manufacturing, or another highly regulated environment.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms, preferably SAP.
• Experience with business separations, carve-outs, operating model changes, or digital finance transformation.
