North America Transportation Operations Planner

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States; onsite role

Salary: $55,900–$77,600 per year

What you will do

• Plan daily transportation operations and create shipments using standard processes and solutions.
• Optimize routes and manage the daily routing guide.
• Monitor transportation events, follow up on issues, and perform trend analysis.
• Communicate daily with carriers, ship sites, and the internal Customer Service Organization.
• Balance service requirements and transportation costs while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required; a college degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, time-management, multitasking, communication, teamwork, and initiative skills.
• Ability to work accurately and flexibly in a fast-paced daily operations environment.
• Experience with TMS and SAP is desired but not required.
• Intermediate Excel skills are preferred but not required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
