Salary: Mountain View: $169,000–$229,000 annually; New York: $172,500–$233,500 annually; San Diego: $156,500–$212,000 annually

What you will do

• Own Core HR technology solutions end to end, from understanding customer needs through solution delivery and iterative improvement.
• Design and configure Workday Core HCM solutions using a data-driven approach.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and collaborate with product managers and engineers to create cohesive People Technology experiences.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities across Core HR processes, testing, data validation, and documentation.
• Assess upstream and downstream impacts across Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Total Rewards, integrations, and related systems.
• Stay current with Workday, Core HR, AI, and HR technology practices.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise configuring Workday Core HCM.
• 5+ years of experience in HR systems or People Technology.
• Demonstrated daily use of AI tools for requirements analysis, test case generation, documentation, or data validation.
• Understanding of people-related data, HR technology ecosystems, and adjacent systems.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, communicate clearly, manage expectations, and coordinate complex projects from scoping through delivery.
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, initiative, flexibility, and comfort working in ambiguous situations.
