TL;DR
Senior Oracle Business System Analyst (Finance) (Oracle EBS/Finance): Supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Oracle E-Business Suite Finance applications across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, credit, collections, and tax with an accent on requirements analysis, solution design, and production support. Focus on investigating complex production issues, coordinating testing and deployments, driving scalable Finance solutions, and providing functional leadership across business and technical teams.
Location: Remote - Utah, United States. Travel may be required for implementation project go-lives, generally less than 10%.

What you will do
- Support, analyze, configure, and enhance Oracle EBS Finance applications, including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Credit, Collections, EBTax, Projects, and Workflow.
- Partner with Corporate Finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend scalable Oracle solutions.
- Develop functional specifications, coordinate testing, and collaborate with developers through solution design, implementation, and production deployment.
- Investigate complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term resolutions.
- Own functional discussions, provide senior-level production support, and lead strategic Finance system initiatives.
- Mentor junior Business Systems Analysts and support post-go-live stabilization and implementation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience supporting Oracle EBS Finance applications as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong functional knowledge of AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Credit, Collections, and EBTax.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical Oracle Finance solutions and manage multiple priorities independently.
- Must comply with US export control requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC policies.
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle Workflow, Approvals Management, Oracle Projects, SQL, Oracle implementation, or Oracle Finance reporting.
- Experience supporting global Finance organizations.
