What you will do

• Lead governance, support, and continuous improvement for ERP, integrated business planning, and enterprise integration platforms.
• Develop and execute platform roadmaps aligned with business strategy, transformation initiatives, and technology direction.
• Oversee solution design, integration architecture, and platform delivery.
• Lead platform specialists and ensure enterprise systems remain stable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business priorities.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders and technology partners across the organisation.
• Manage strategic vendors, service delivery performance, and commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading enterprise applications, platform management, or technology delivery functions in complex organisations.
• Proven experience managing business-critical ERP and enterprise platform environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, APIs, and platform operating models.
• Experience developing platform strategies, governance frameworks, and technology roadmaps.
• Experience managing external service providers and outsourced technology partners.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making capabilities in operationally critical environments.

Nice to have

• JD Edwards and Oracle technology ecosystem experience.
• Manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain, or beverage industry experience.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
