TL;DR
Solution Architect (SaaS Integrations): Designing and implementing customer solutions across an intelligent procurement platform with an accent on API-based integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise system connectivity. Focus on building and deploying integrations, translating business requirements into scalable architectures, and solving complex authentication, data-mapping, and implementation challenges.
Location: Hybrid in Brno, Czech Republic. Candidates must be legally able to work in the specified region.

What you will do
- Lead customer onboarding and solution design for procurement and workflow automation use cases.
- Own end-to-end technical implementations, including configuration, integration, and testing.
- Design and implement API-based integrations with ERP, CLM, ITSM, TPRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Build, test, and deploy integrations using tools such as Postman, Workato, and n8n.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility, debug issues, and shape roadmap priorities.
- Conduct customer workshops and training while managing multiple implementation projects.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or SaaS and enterprise software implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, API documentation, payloads, and authentication flows.
- Experience designing, configuring, and deploying API-based integration workflows between enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, and CSV, with practical experience using Postman, Swagger, or cURL.
- Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Legal ability to work in the specified region is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Ironclad, Workday, OneTrust, or SAP Ariba.
- Experience with Workato, n8n, MuleSoft, Zapier, or other workflow automation and iPaaS tools.
- Basic Python or JavaScript scripting skills for data manipulation and workflow automation.
- Experience designing scalable integration frameworks in high-growth SaaS environments.
