Senior PD Project Management Specialist (Neurovascular)

Location: Irvine, California, United States; onsite four days per week. Travel below 10% is required.

Salary: $118,400–$177,600 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Support the Neurovascular Project Management Organization through portfolio governance, review processes, and operational mechanisms.
• Collect, consolidate, and communicate project status, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and portfolio health.
• Maintain portfolio management tools, dashboards, reporting systems, documentation, and governance records.
• Prepare portfolio reports, executive summaries, presentations, and business updates for leadership decision-making.
• Coordinate portfolio review meetings, document decisions, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support cross-functional product development, lifecycle management, and operational initiatives while monitoring schedules, budgets, resources, and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field and at least 4 years of relevant experience; or a master’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience; or a PhD with no required experience.
• Experience with project data, schedules, resource plans, budgets, forecasts, portfolio metrics, and risk or issue management.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Degrees earned outside the United States must satisfy the applicable U.S. regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with PMO, portfolio management, or project coordination.
• Experience in medical devices, regulated industries, sustaining engineering, released product management, or new product development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools, dashboards, reports, and standardized templates.
• Experience with process optimization, automation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
