Enterprise Project Management Office - IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Project Manager III (Cybersecurity)

Location: Virtual - Arizona; hybrid schedule; must reside in Arizona

What you will do

• Lead medium to large, complex IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects from intake through transition to operations or support.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and quality expectations.
• Establish project governance, coordinate stakeholder decision-making, and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Translate engineering and cybersecurity initiatives involving networks, servers, storage, endpoints, identity systems, and security technologies into executable project plans.
• Coordinate testing, training readiness, deployment planning, resource assignments, and operational transition.
• Partner with executives, clinicians, technical leaders, business stakeholders, engineering, architecture, and cybersecurity teams.

Requirements

• Must reside in Arizona.
• Bachelor’s degree or six years of equivalent related experience.
• At least eight years of technical project management experience in diverse and integrated environments.
• Experience managing complex IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or other highly technical operational initiatives.
• Advanced organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree with five years of related work experience.
• Ten years of project management experience or technology infrastructure implementation experience in healthcare or another regulated environment.
• PMP, Scrum, or another Agile certification.
• Experience mentoring or providing informal oversight to project managers.
