HSE Manager (Manufacturing)

hirify.global operates a global manufacturing organisation, with this role supporting HSE performance at the Bath campus within Operations EMEA.

What you will do

• Lead Health, Safety and Environmental performance at the Bath manufacturing campus.
• Translate group-wide HSE strategies into practical site actions.
• Develop and deliver HSE training while coaching employees and non-reporting teams through change.
• Manage ISO systems, audits, legal compliance and management systems.
• Support energy reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.
• Work with site leadership and Group Health and Safety to improve safety culture, wellbeing and environmental performance.

Requirements

• Experience leading Health, Safety and Environmental programmes in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success driving behavioural and cultural change.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001; knowledge of ISO 50001 is preferred.
• Experience managing audits, legal compliance and management systems.
• NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma or equivalent, or currently working towards completion.
• IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management and ISO Lead Auditor qualification.
