What you will do
- Lead day-to-day site activities for roofing and external works in occupied social housing properties.
- Conduct site inductions, daily briefings, and toolbox talks to maintain safe operations.
- Monitor progress against the programme and resolve on-site issues to prevent delays.
- Ensure work meets quality, contractual, regulatory, and health and safety requirements.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and operatives, ensuring personnel have the required training, PPE, and tools.
- Maintain site records and collaborate with the commercial team on cost tracking, subcontractor scopes, and day works.
Requirements
- Experience managing construction site operations.
- Appropriate CSCS Managers card.
- Valid driving licence.
- SMSTS certificate.
- First Aid at Work certificate.
- Ability to work on site in Brentwood and within occupied social housing properties.
Nice to have
- Temporary Works Certificate.
- Fire Marshall certificate.
