Electrical Manager (Telecom)

What you will do

• Manage the electrical delivery of mobile wireless site builds for major UK mobile network operators.
• Review designs, check and order materials, and provide day-to-day support to electrical field teams.
• Monitor technical queries, resolve escalations, and support engineers and office teams.
• Manage electrical team performance, attendance, timekeeping, and site activities.
• Coordinate project reporting, progress tracking, client SLAs, and stakeholder updates.
• Oversee method statements, risk assessments, health and safety packs, quality plans, and handover packs.

Requirements

• Full electrical City & Guilds qualification, including inspection and testing.
• Demonstrated experience managing people.
• Experience with site-based mobile networks is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work on electrical infrastructure projects in the UK and support field-based teams.
