Technical Engineering Manager, React, GCP & AI

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid arrangement with work from home available up to 2 days per week.

Salary: PLN 14,700 per month.

What you will do

• Translate system requirements and user stories into robust, supportable application designs.
• Develop and test code throughout the software development life cycle.
• Use CI/CD tooling for software deployment and integration.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams on integrated systems and services.
• Contribute to application architecture design.

Requirements

• Architectural mindset with a product- and user-focused approach.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solution designs.
• Knowledge of software development principles and application architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software testing practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Exposure to React and frontend development.
• Experience with GCP, full-stack development, or AI-assisted coding.
