Backend Team Lead (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead execution across multiple workstreams and own sprint planning and delivery quality.
• Coordinate dependencies between Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and other departments.
• Coach engineers, identify skill gaps, and improve team velocity and capabilities.
• Own scalable, reliable technical designs and contribute hands-on to cloud-based development using AWS and MongoDB.
• Conduct code reviews and shape features from initial concept through production with Product Managers.
• Participate in customer technical sessions and lead domain discussions, feature planning, and technical decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep Node.js expertise and familiarity with AWS.
• Strong communication skills for leading a global team and explaining technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing project execution and delivering end-to-end features in a fast-paced environment.
• Early adoption of AI technologies and interest in improving developer experience and system performance with AI.
