Project Manager (Design)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work.

Salary: CAD 63,000–73,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery workflows in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate designers, strategists, copywriters, and other contributors as the central project contact.
• Manage project gates, risks, commercial controls, margins, resources, and timelines.
• Maintain client communication, align deliverables with objectives, and manage expectations.
• Track project performance and data integrity in Workfront and collaborate with the PMO on governance.
• Identify delivery challenges, resolve scope changes, and improve project management processes.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating projects from planning through delivery.
• Ability to manage budgets, margins, schedules, risks, and resource allocation.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
