What you will do

• Build analytical capabilities and systems that accelerate Health Care brand growth through performance marketing and TikTok Shop.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify channel and consumer insights.
• Translate complex analytical results and algorithms into actionable business conclusions.
• Define performance metrics and tracking systems for efficient growth.
• Test and optimize content and conversion tactics across performance marketing channels.
• Support data-based decision-making and scaled business impact.

Requirements

• Experience using technology to create business value.
• Experience with analytics technologies and tools for solving business problems and developing scalable analytical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for digital, data, and AI capabilities that drive business growth.
