Clinical Applications Analyst - EpicCare Ambulatory (Level II OR Senior)

Location: Remote within approved U.S. locations; quarterly on-site work at the Memphis campus is required, and California residents are excluded from remote work. Candidates in California may be considered if willing to relocate to an approved U.S. location. Interview and/or orientation travel to Memphis may be required.

Salary: $86,320–$154,960 per year

What you will do

• Support and optimize EpicCare Ambulatory functionality and outpatient clinical workflows.
• Partner with clinical, operational, IT, and vendor stakeholders to elicit requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support day-to-day operations, testing, upgrades, issue resolution, and application maintenance.
• Translate business needs into technical and system requirements, user stories, process flows, and business cases.
• Lead or support education, change management, communications, presentations, and project management activities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, frontline stakeholder contact, and mentor for assigned processes and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Senior level: 4+ years of experience in a comparable client-facing IT role; Level II: 2+ years of experience in a client-facing IT role.
• Experience with structured Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience leading discussions and documenting business or technical requirements, problem statements, process designs, report requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical or system requirements and work with mid- to senior-level business leaders.
• Remote work is limited to approved U.S. locations, with required travel and quarterly on-site work in Memphis; California residents are not eligible for remote work.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• EpicCare Ambulatory, Epic MyChart, or Epic Healthy Planet certification.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or research organizations.
