Senior Cyber Business Analyst (Palantir Foundry)

Location: Remote within the United States with occasional travel to the Pentagon in Washington, DC, and Los Angeles AFB, California. Expected working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Travel is estimated at less than 5% per year.

What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 triage and Tier 2 troubleshooting for Palantir Foundry platform issues, data pipelines, analytic workflows, and operational incidents.
• Support data ingestion, exports, REST API connectivity, and system-to-system integrations.
• Coordinate with data source owners, requestors, engineers, data scientists, analysts, platform administrators, and ISSM stakeholders.
• Manage data connection requests, migration plans, approvals, prioritization, account configuration, and access-related support.
• Document troubleshooting procedures, recurring issues, data sources, operational processes, and help desk standard operating procedures.
• Improve platform usability, data reliability, operational efficiency, and automation of recurring support issues.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance required for the US government customer.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Experience supporting government headquarters staff, preferably the Department of Defense or Air Force.
• Knowledge of data governance, data integration, data quality management, cybersecurity protocols, and government data-sharing procedures.
• Experience with data analytics, data modeling, enterprise data environments, REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, and cloud or enterprise-scale analytics platforms.
• Practical experience with Python, SQL, PySpark, TypeScript or JavaScript, including troubleshooting datasets, pipelines, and platform incidents.

Nice to have

• Experience with Palantir Foundry.
• Experience with data lineage, transformations, cleansing, ELT processes, and pipeline troubleshooting.
