Epic Clinical Analyst III (Willow - Certification Required)

What you will do

• Provide Epic product, design, build, testing, and configuration expertise for assigned clinical applications, including Willow.
• Collaborate with end users to design and build Epic functionality and implement corrective configuration changes and enhancements.
• Lead small- to medium-complexity Epic upgrades and workflow enhancements through design, build, and testing.
• Participate in design and validation sessions, documenting decisions, following up on issues, and escalating risks.
• Analyze workflows, data collection, reports, and technical issues while providing clinical and technical consultation.
• Own assigned projects or systems and maintain system design, build, and support documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or four years of related IT experience.
• Clinical Epic certifications in two Epic modules, including certification relevant to the assigned module.
• 4–7 years of experience implementing systems for large organizations.
• 4–7 years of experience with change management processes for IT projects.
• 4–7 years of direct experience developing, implementing, and supporting healthcare information systems and clinical applications.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation workflows, order sets, orders workflows, patient portals, encounter closure, and patient flow.

Nice to have

• Experience in pediatric, tertiary, or quaternary health systems.
• Experience automating recurring processes and reports.
• Ability to translate end-user requirements into IT requirements using healthcare domain knowledge.
