AVP Prospect Research and Portfolio Management

Location: hirify.global Corporate Office, 8125 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, Arizona; not remote. Must reside in the greater Phoenix/Scottsdale metropolitan area.

What you will do

• Oversee prospect management, portfolio assignments, referrals, donor movement, and monthly portfolio review meetings.
• Develop pipeline guidelines, workflows, and customized strategies for high-capacity and affinity donors.
• Lead prospect identification and research programs supporting cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities.
• Analyze pipeline activity, donor journeys, KPIs, metrics, and revenue projections in collaboration with Database Analysts.
• Improve research systems, database reporting, relationship mapping, and prospect data quality.
• Mentor and manage direct reports while overseeing budgets, research vendors, and subscriptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in prospect research, fundraising development services, and portfolio management.
• Experience in a large healthcare system, university, or college environment preferred.
• Experience managing and leading employees, analyzing and synthesizing data, and using data warehousing and mining tools preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, strategy development, and process implementation skills.
• Must reside in the greater Phoenix/Scottsdale metropolitan area and work onsite.
