Senior Sales Engineer (Chemical, Process & Industrial)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; hybrid role with national travel as required

What you will do

• Own customer relationships and deliver sales across the chemical, process, and industrial sector portfolio.
• Manage distributors, territories, accounts, sales forecasting, budgets, and commercial KPIs.
• Provide technical advice, demonstrate hirify.global products, and deliver familiarization training.
• Develop sales strategies, identify new customers, and expand revenue streams.
• Oversee projects, product introductions, campaigns, and events as required.
• Collaborate with area sales, application engineering, customer service, internal sales, and back-office teams.

Requirements

• Degree or recognized qualification in electrical, electronic, or instrumentation engineering.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
• At least 4 years of relevant sales experience in industrial applications, preferably flow control or instrumentation, with a focus on HVAC in industrial and data center applications.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and a strong commercial understanding.
• Ability to communicate at all levels, work collaboratively in a complex matrixed business, and engage with people from different cultures.
• Willingness to travel nationally and solve problems in a changing business environment.
