TL;DR
HR Global Services Advisor 2 (HRIS/Workday): Managing employee lifecycle processes, HR data, compliance controls, and service improvements with an accent on onboarding, records accuracy, and country-specific HR support. Focus on reviewing HR system transactions, improving workflows and platforms, supporting audits and reporting, and educating HR teams and employees.
Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work model

What you will do
- Process HR activities including pre-hire checks, hiring system transactions, onboarding, data changes, leave, compensation, benefits, and terminations.
- Review and approve daily HR system transactions while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support audits, government surveys, reporting, and internal control standards.
- Advise departments on HR process improvements, best practices, and training.
- Improve HR systems and workflows to support a positive employee lifecycle experience.
- Support HR projects, including acquisition deals, and provide guidance through HR platforms and knowledge resources.
Requirements
- Four-year or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 2–4 years of experience, preferably in customer service or a related field; an advanced degree with little or no experience may also qualify.
- Knowledge of HRIS, Workday, data integrity, process improvement, auditing, automation, and workflow management.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, data analysis, and people analytics.
- Portuguese language knowledge.
- Effective communication, customer centricity, learning agility, digital fluency, and results orientation.
Nice to have
- SHRM-CP certification.
- PHR or SPHR certification.
- Agile methodology and project management experience.
