Lead Analyst, HRIS (Workday & AI)

What you will do

• Advise HR leaders and specialist HR teams on Workday solutions, confirm requirements, and configure, test, validate, document, and implement changes.
• Support Workday Core HCM, Talent, Talent Acquisition and Recruiting, business processes, reporting, and security.
• Build, configure, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions, automation, and intelligent workflows across HR technology platforms.
• Own recurring processes such as year-end performance reviews and calibration, and resolve complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues.
• Lead projects, enhancements, releases, stakeholder coordination, testing, risk management, and implementation activities.
• Mentor analysts, provide technical guidance, and promote consistent HRIS practices and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years of relevant HRIS, HR technology, or enterprise application experience.
• Significant hands-on Workday configuration and support experience across multiple functional areas, including Talent and Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
• Proficiency in Workday reporting, calculated fields, condition rules, security concepts, testing, and release management.
• Experience resolving complex issues independently and managing projects or project activities from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication, advisory, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment with strong attention to detail, confidentiality, data privacy, and responsible AI use.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI agents, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions.
• Workday certifications or experience with Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Integrations, Power BI, or HR analytics.
• Experience supporting global organizations, mergers and acquisitions, mentoring analysts, or leading small project teams.
