What you will do
- Lead the people data reporting and visualisation function across people analytics, employee experience analytics, and Workday reporting.
- Design a multi-platform reporting framework covering Visier, Qualtrics, Workday Prism Analytics, Power BI, and related tools.
- Provide strategic oversight for Visier analytics and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead Qualtrics developers in survey design, experience analytics, and dashboard development.
- Lead two Workday Report Writers and architect advanced reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and complex reporting structures.
- Improve integrations between Workday, people data platforms, and external analytics systems while evaluating emerging Workday capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business analytics, data science, information systems, statistics, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or business intelligence.
- 3+ years of experience managing technical teams or analytics professionals.
- Workday Report Writer certification is required.
- Deep knowledge of composite reporting, advanced reporting functions, complex report structures, Workday best practices, and Workday Prism Analytics.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and cloud data warehouses; familiarity with Visier and Qualtrics is required for the role’s responsibilities.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Proficiency in Qualtrics survey design and analytics.
- Experience with Snowflake for analytics and data management.
