Commercial Project and Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Hybrid work in Brno, Jihomoravsky kraj, Czechia

What you will do

• Process orders, manage commercial order execution, enter orders, handle invoicing, and implement sales, earnings, and cost targets.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, shipping, ECC, finance, technical project management, and sales to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support projects as a junior commercial project manager through project controlling, budgeting, and forecast preparation.
• Manage project risks and claims and control periodic closing activities.
• Support external customer communication and contract preparation together with the sales department.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Professional experience in commercial sales or project management is preferred.
• Communicative English in written and spoken form is essential.
• Critical thinking, a hardworking approach, persuasiveness, and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
• Basic understanding of Czech or Slovak.
