Project Delivery Lead

Location: Prague, Czechia; hybrid work with office attendance around four days per week

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery across campaigns and creative projects.
• Coordinate with colleagues in other geographies to identify cross-entity synergies.
• Support project scoping, resource allocation, and workflow improvements within brand teams.
• Balance established processes with flexible solutions to achieve successful outcomes.
• Present to clients and internal teams and negotiate solutions for stakeholders.
• Mentor project teams and encourage collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements

• Proven project delivery experience in a creative or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of agency workflows and production processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with an organized and analytical approach.
• Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Adaptability and comfort using project management tools.
