Project Manager Operations (HVACR)

Location: Full on-site in Mikulov, Czechia

What you will do

• Lead strategic Operations projects from initiation through successful implementation.
• Build and continuously improve the project management framework, governance, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, align initiatives with business priorities, and partner with local management.
• Monitor execution, manage risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure accountability for deliverables and business results.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, reporting structures, tools, and KPIs.
• Support structured problem solving, continuous improvement, environmental compliance, safety rules, and fire protection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Fluent Czech and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a technical and international business environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic is required; visa sponsorship and work authorization support are not provided.
