Senior Product Design Manager, Enterprise (AI)

What you will do

• Set the design direction for enterprise applications used in high-stakes decision-making and for expert platform contributors.
• Hire, develop, and lead a growing team of product designers while establishing effective team culture and operating rhythms.
• Partner with Product and Engineering from problem scoping through delivery to drive design execution across the enterprise product.
• Raise design quality standards and rethink workflows for people working with AI.
• Shape and adopt the shared design system, contributing reusable patterns for consistent product development.
• Build user research practices and define interaction patterns for human-agent and human-in-the-loop AI systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing product design teams.
• Proven experience simplifying data-dense, power-user workflows into elegant B2B solutions.
• Strong customer-centric approach grounded in user needs and business impact.
• Fluency in how AI is changing design practice and tooling, including AI-native workflows.
• Experience designing for agentic platforms and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to leaders and frontline product managers.
