What you will do

• Set the strategic direction for Enterprise design, translating vision into clear goals for the team.
• Own hiring, development, and day-to-day leadership for a growing team of designers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering counterparts to drive execution from problem scoping to delivery.
• Uphold high craft standards and push for genuinely rethinking workflows for AI-native interaction.
• Contribute to and champion the adoption of a shared design system for coherent scaling.
• Establish research habits and cadences to ensure decisions are rooted in actual user needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing product design teams.
• Proven track record of simplifying data-dense, power-user workflows for B2B products.
• Proficiency in AI-native design practices and tooling.
• Experience designing for agentic platforms and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Ability to balance ruthless prioritization with a high bar for quality and craft.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to leadership and PMs.
