Cyber Security Manager (Cloud Security)

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise cybersecurity architecture and engineering standards.
• Define security architecture patterns, reference architectures, guardrails, and secure-by-design practices across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Design and implement secure cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, contributing hands-on to complex and high-risk initiatives.
• Partner with IAM, business, and IT teams on identity integrations, security requirements, architecture reviews, and secure delivery.
• Translate NIST and COBIT frameworks into actionable architecture standards and controls, while tracking adoption, compliance, and risk-reduction KPIs.
• Lead and develop cybersecurity professionals through coaching, performance management, training, and ownership of strategic security initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be accepted.
• At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and engineering, including 3 years leading or managing cybersecurity engineering or architecture teams.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and securing cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CASB, DLP, DRM, 802.1X, micro-segmentation, cloud-hosted applications, and identity architecture.
• Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework or COBIT and threat modeling methodologies such as STRIDE, MITRE, or OSCAR.
• CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP, or equivalent certification; cloud security certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or GCP Security Engineer are required qualifications.
