Salary: $148,574.40–$222,872.00 annual base salary

What you will do

• Provide expertise and support for analysts working across the hirify.global application suite.
• Develop and maintain training programs covering digital workflows for tenured employees.
• Support clinical employees in using electronic health records and related technologies.
• Deliver electronic health record onboarding, proficiency maintenance, and enhancement training.
• Assist with new electronic health record functionality, upgrades, and go-live support across all regions.
• Apply best practices to resolve complex clinical and technical issues in diverse healthcare environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
• Five years of recent relevant experience.
• Epic proficiency required upon hire.
• Ability to work primarily onsite in Oakland, California.
• Availability for a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend work.
