Reporting Officer

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver accurate, timely reports supporting the Challenge Accepted campaign and wider divisional activity.
• Collect, categorise, manage, and quality-check data across fundraising, volunteering, and supporter engagement.
• Develop clear reporting definitions, processes, and documentation to ensure consistency and trust.
• Explain data, patterns, progress, and insight clearly to varied audiences.
• Use CRM, reporting, and data tools to improve reporting quality, usefulness, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience developing and delivering reports.
• Experience with stakeholder management, planning, and process development.
• Experience producing data analysis and insight to support business decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to own accurate data and correct errors collaboratively.
• Ability to explain complex information, patterns, and meaning to broad audiences in a digestible way.
• Applicants must demonstrate the right to work in the UK; Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of effective reporting development, management, and delivery.
• Knowledge of audience-appropriate data presentation.
• Experience manipulating large datasets.
• Experience interrogating CRM databases using queries or equivalent techniques.
• Experience using CRM systems.
