Performance & Insights Lead

Location: Hybrid role based in Bristol, UK; three days per week required in the office

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of trusted, scalable management information and performance insight.
• Translate complex, multi-source operational data into concise recommendations for senior leaders.
• Interpret service levels, productivity, utilisation, demand, backlog, quality, and client-outcome measures.
• Lead deep-dive analysis to identify root causes, risks, opportunities, and performance interventions.
• Create executive-ready performance narratives and track the impact of agreed actions.
• Set analytical standards and governance while improving data literacy and self-service confidence.

Requirements

• Senior analyst, insight lead, or manager-level experience in operations, contact centres, workforce management, or another high-volume service environment.
• Experience setting insight direction and delivering high-impact performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel, data manipulation, and performance-modelling skills with complex operational datasets.
• Ability to connect data, root causes, business impact, options, and recommended actions in executive-ready insight.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, attention to detail, and data-accuracy skills.
• Availability to work three days per week from the Bristol office, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, SQL, or other data-querying and visualisation tools.
• Knowledge of workforce management and operational performance metrics.
• Experience supporting change initiatives through data and analysis.
