Data Analyst

Location: Any UK office hub: Bristol, London, Manchester, or Swansea; part-time remote working is available.

Salary: £37,000–£45,000 per year

What you will do

• Conduct statistical, qualitative, data mining, and research analysis for client projects.
• Produce reports, actionable insights, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create accessible BI dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Design data models, cleanse and standardize datasets, and support ETL and data integration work.
• Perform data profiling, validation, quality assurance, and multi-source data linkage.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate analytical needs into practical solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, qualitative analysis, and research data synthesis.
• Experience communicating analytical impact, presenting insights, and gaining buy-in from stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data organization, storage, governance, security, and ethical standards.
• Experience with conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, data cleansing, and standardization.
• Basic experience with ETL tools and data integration practices.
• Eligibility for SC clearance, including five years of UK residency and a five-year employment history or equivalent full-time education history.
