Application System Analyst Lead - Converge Revenue Cycle (Epic)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Occasional overnight travel of up to 20% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead implementation phases including application build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization.
• Oversee application support across incident, problem, request, and change management.
• Lead process and requirements analysis, workflow mapping, stakeholder analysis, and specification development for complex projects.
• Coordinate application teams, compliance teams, business process owners, and multidisciplinary workgroups.
• Design, analyze, configure, and document integrated Epic application functionality.
• Distribute workload, mentor analysts, coordinate cross-training, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise, with the ability to lead projects independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management, communication, organization, problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or information systems is preferred.
• Epic analysts must be proficient in the assigned Epic module or become certified by the employment date and maintain current certification or proficiency training.

Nice to have

• Supervisory experience.
• Two or more years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Certifications related to the assigned area of focus.
