Application System Analyst Lead (MyChart)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States. Onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; occasional travel and additional hours may be required during critical problems.

What you will do

• Lead MyChart and assigned Epic application activities across build, configuration, testing, go-live support, optimization, and ongoing support.
• Oversee Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management, serving as an escalation point for complex application issues.
• Lead process and requirements analysis, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, specification gathering, and integrated solution design.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and cross-application teams, vendor changes, project workgroups, status reporting, and delivery priorities.
• Build relationships with client administrators and end users to clarify business needs, requirements, timelines, and project outcomes.
• Mentor analysts, facilitate cross-training, distribute workloads, and provide guidance on complex design and configuration.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise, with the ability to independently analyze, design, and configure applications.
• Experience leading projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing priorities, and working with minimal instruction.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; an associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or information systems is preferred.
• Epic Analysts must be proficient in the assigned Epic module or certified by the employment date and maintain current certification or proficiency training.

Nice to have

• Supervisory experience.
• Two or more years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Certifications related to the assigned area of focus.
