Application System Analyst Lead (Converge Revenue Cycle)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; onsite at 5101 North O Connor Boulevard. Full-time schedule of 5 days and 8 hours, with minimum overnight travel of up to 10%.

What you will do

• Lead application implementation phases, including build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization.
• Oversee incident, problem, request, and change management for the assigned focus area.
• Lead requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, specification gathering, and workflow design for complex projects.
• Coordinate application teams, compliance teams, business process owners, end users, and client administrators.
• Manage project status reporting, escalations, vendor changes, deliverables, and cross-application workgroups.
• Mentor analysts, coordinate workloads and cross-training, and provide guidance on complex Epic design and configuration.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Expert knowledge of healthcare operations, workflows, application design, and configuration.
• Proficiency in the assigned Epic module or Epic certification upon employment; certifications and proficiency must remain current through new-version training.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, organizational, communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or information systems preferred; project management and supervisory experience preferred.
