Senior Solution Delivery Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Potential travel up to 20% and occasional extended or irregular hours may be required to support clients and projects across multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Design, configure, test, and optimize Avatar EHR solutions supporting clinical and operational workflows.
• Gather and document business requirements based on client needs and system capabilities.
• Lead design sessions, identify interdependencies, and guide solution decisions using recommended practices.
• Train, coach, guide, and mentor Application Analysts and Consultants.
• Monitor configuration readiness, analyze data, and report solution status, risks, and issues to clients and leadership.
• Build client relationships, resolve complex conflicts, and identify process improvements and implementation best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of healthcare information technology implementation experience, including troubleshooting data and software applications.
• At least 1 year of process improvement experience and 1 year of project execution experience.
• Experience with reporting solutions such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL, Tableau, or SSIS.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, C#, Visual Basic, or VB.NET.
• Experience with hirify.global EHR solutions.
• Experience in clinical, human services, long-term care, or senior living industries.
