Senior Business Systems Analyst (Azure DevOps)

Location: 100% remote; US citizenship without dual citizenship required

hirify.global provides consulting services and supports work involving the HRC US Army Human Capital Management System.

What you will do

• Elicit and document business, functional, and operational requirements for HCMS processes, workflows, transactions, and operational activities.
• Review requirements with software developers and validate them with functional users and stakeholders.
• Coordinate stakeholder approvals and collaborate with the Project Management Team on deliverables.
• Participate in software-change testing to verify compliance with approved requirements.
• Create analytical reports, document operational process definitions, and develop technical processes to reduce inefficiency.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and serve as a liaison with government contacts to obtain required information and documents.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6–8 years with a master’s degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated technical writing skills and experience eliciting and documenting software requirements.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and working in a software development environment.
• US citizenship without dual citizenship is required.
• A Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one is required; at least an interim clearance is required to begin work on the contract.
