Senior Oracle EBS & Fusion Support Lead (Oracle ERP)

Location: In-office role in Westminster, Colorado or Dayton, Ohio, United States. Travel requirement: 0–10%.

Salary: $99,600–$137,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Lead global Tier 2/3 support and resolve high-impact technical and functional issues across Oracle SCM, Inventory, Shipping, WMS, Order to Cash, and Financials.
• Drive operational readiness, knowledge transfer, and system stability during the transformation from Oracle EBS 12.2 to Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Manage Jira-based IT service management workflows, ticket SLAs, support metrics, and issue resolution.
• Write, debug, and execute complex PL/SQL scripts for backend troubleshooting, data analysis, and critical fixes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a globally distributed IT support team.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of hands-on technical and functional experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, including extensive Oracle EBS 12.2 experience.
• Deep expertise in Oracle SCM, Inventory, Shipping, WMS, Order to Cash, and Financials modules.
• Experience leading, managing, and mentoring globally distributed IT support teams.
• Advanced ability to write, debug, and troubleshoot complex PL/SQL queries and scripts.
• Practical experience with Jira for ITSM workflow tracking, SLA monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Ability to work in the Westminster, CO or Dayton, OH office.

Nice to have

• Implementation or support experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance controls, ERP security architectures, and enterprise job scheduling.
