Principal Software Engineer (Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Salary: $261,500–$353,500 annual base pay, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute finance transformation strategies using Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, and Oracle Cloud technologies.
• Develop current-state and target-state architecture across financial business processes and data domains.
• Architect front-end, back-end, relational, NoSQL, Big Data, and cloud-based solutions.
• Lead technical decisions, resolve disagreements, and drive adoption of architecture standards across teams.
• Partner with enterprise architecture, engineering, product, and business leaders to improve organizational velocity.
• Communicate designs and strategies, mentor technical leaders, and represent technology transformation at industry events.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software products, preferably in financial industry architecture and software development roles.
• Demonstrated delivery of complex finance transformations using Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Deep expertise in enterprise finance systems, financial processes, data domains, and architectural best practices.
• Experience designing large-scale data solutions using Big Data, relational databases, NoSQL, and Amazon Web Services.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience driving Agile engineering design, organizational change, and strategic technology decisions.
